Ross King
Ross King MBE is one of Britain’s most versatile performers.
Four-time News Emmy winner, Ross’ stage debut was age 5, his first radio broadcast at 15 and his television debut at 17 years old. Ross' national television career began after being chosen from thousands of hopefuls to host ITV’s Young Krypton, and he has gone on to host over 30 television series for the BBC, ITVand Sky. Ross hosted the BBC’s live daily chat show Pebble Mill for 5 years.
Ross can be seen daily on ITV’s Good Morning Britain and Lorraine as their Los Angeles Correspondent.
For US network television, Ross was a World Judge on CBS’s The World’s Best, hosted The Hollywood Christmas Parade, The Critics Choice Movie Awards Red Carpet and for six years was the Entertainment Anchor on Los Angeles’ KTLA, winning four News Emmys and a Golden Mic Award. He’s also regularly seen on US and Australian television as a Royal Correspondent.
Ross’ film credits include The Day After Tomorrow, Half Past Dead, and Cruel Game.
Ross has performed in Las Vegas and at the world-famous Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard as well as on various Cruise Ships including the iconic Queen Mary 2. In the West End his credits include a leading role in Dick Whittington at Sadlers Wells Theatre, Frank-n-Furter in The Rocky Horror Show, Night of Stars at London’s Palladium Theatre, as well as originating the role of Wallace in the musical, Summer Holiday.
Britain’s youngest daytime radio host, Ross started his radio career on Scotland’s Radio Clyde, going on to present award-winning shows on London’s Capital, BBC’s Radio 5 Live and Talk Radio. Ross also co-hosted the American Weekly Top 40 countdown alongside the Legendary DJ Rick Dees and his radio show The King in LA has been syndicated across the UK.
